Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Audity processes refund requests for subscriptions, onboarding fees, and credits. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Audity platform, operated by RAC Projects Group, LLC. By subscribing to or purchasing any Audity plan, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

1. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every Audity plan includes a 60-day money-back guarantee on your onboarding fee. We ask one question:

Did you complete onboarding and run your first audit?

If you completed onboarding, ran your first audit, and the platform did not deliver on the time saved and quality of output you expected, we will refund your onboarding fee. You keep the AI Transformation Operating System either way.

1.1 Solo & Team Plans

Complete onboarding and run your first audit within 60 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the time saved and quality of output, contact us to request a full refund of your onboarding fee ($500 for Solo, $3,000 for Team).

1.2 Enterprise Plan

If the platform does not save your team at least 40 hours in the first 90 days, we will refund your $10,000 onboarding fee. This extended guarantee reflects our confidence in the platform at scale.

1.3 What You Keep

Regardless of whether a refund is issued, you retain access to the AI Transformation Operating System — our complete playbook including discovery scripts, stakeholder interview guides, pricing frameworks, proposal templates, and follow-up sequences.

2. Subscription Plans

Audity offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date, provided that fewer than 3 audit credits have been consumed. After 14 days, or once 3 or more credits have been used, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Renewals of annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

Annual plans include additional savings: Solo and Team plans include 2 months free, and Enterprise annual plans include a waived onboarding fee.

3. Onboarding Fees

Each plan includes a one-time onboarding investment: $500 (Solo), $3,000 (Team), or $10,000 (Enterprise). Onboarding fees are refundable under the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee described in Section 1 above.

Outside of the guarantee period, onboarding fees are non-refundable as they cover live walkthroughs, configuration, and training that are delivered during the onboarding process.

4. Credits

Credits purchased as add-ons or included in a subscription plan are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits included in a subscription plan expire at the end of each billing cycle and are not carried over unless your plan explicitly states otherwise.

If a technical error on Audity's part results in credits being incorrectly deducted, please contact our support team within 7 days of the incident. We will investigate and restore credits where appropriate.

5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Refunds outside of the standard policy may be considered at Audity's sole discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Significant and documented service outages lasting more than 72 consecutive hours
  • Billing errors caused by a technical fault on Audity's systems
  • Duplicate charges resulting from a payment processing error

To request an exception, contact us at billing@racprojects.ai with your account details and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.

6. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email billing@racprojects.ai with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date of purchase
  • Your plan tier (Solo, Team, or Enterprise)
  • Whether you completed onboarding and ran your first audit (for guarantee claims)
  • The reason for your refund request

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current period. Your access will continue until the end of the paid period.

8. Changes to This Policy

Audity reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

By purchasing a subscription or credits, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
